Seating

Seating is first-come, first-serve, and ordering online is the fastest and easiest way to get the best available seats. Phone ordering is available Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm, at (800) 716-6975.

Aisle-seat surcharge

Aisle seats carry a $5 surcharge per concert. We oppose hidden fees — this surcharge exists to manage our limited accessibility seating. It is waived with a doctor's note or handicap parking placard documentation.

Exchanges

One free exchange for an alternate date is possible, based upon availability. A ticket exchange must be processed at least 24 hours in advance of the ticketed concert date.

Refunds

All ticket sales are final. Case-by-case account credits are available for extenuating circumstances. SuperSaver purchases are not eligible for refunds.

Good to know

• Bring a sweater — the auditorium temperature can vary.
• Please refrain from wearing perfume; some patrons have allergies.
• Concerts begin on time; late arrivals are seated at the ushers' discretion.
• Performances run approximately 2 hours with a brief intermission.
• Please carpool when you can, to reduce traffic.
